What is Ketogenic Diet?

According to the USDA, 1 cup of unsweetened coconut yogurt has 10g of carbs and 7g of fat. However, the type of fat you can get from this type of yogurt is usually saturated fat a.k.a. the unhealthy fat. So while it can be considered keto, those with heart conditions need to take it in moderation.

Chobani yogurt is also great for people with mild lactose intolerance because it has less than 5% lactose. What makes this great is that it is free from artificial sweeteners, making it healthy enough for you.
This yogurt contains 9 grams of fat, 8 grams of carbs, and 20 grams of protein.
6. Fage Total
Fage Total is a great choice for those who enjoy Greek yogurt. This yogurt contains 10 grams of fat, six grams of carbs, and 18 grams of protein.
