If we need to take a closer look, we might ask for a digital photo of the product. In most cases, you won’t need to mail the product back to us for a refund or replacement.

Refunds are offered in the form of a replacement product or a credit to your original payment method. Please note that we are unable to process refunds through bank transfers or physical checks.
