We accept returns and provide full refunds within 30 days of expected product delivery date for the following reasons:

  • Product is tampered with or packaging is broken.
  • Product is past the expiration date.

We will allow product refunds with full refunds for reasons other than those stated above at our discretion.

If the product was bought on Amazon.com or any other retail website besides Bionaze.com then please reach out to us with the contact methods on those websites, if there is no contact information available or you get no response within 1 business day then please reach out to us through the contact form on this website.

Please be prepared to send a digital photo of your product if further review is needed by our team. In almost all cases we do not ask customers to mail us back the product physically before providing a full refund or replacement.

Refunds are given in either product replacements or credits to your payment method. We do not provide refunds through bank transfers or physical checks.
